Low Pass

Checked
In one sentence
Low Pass decides how accurate ground passes are, most of all hard ones.

Who does this affect?

Every ground pass, whoever controls the passer
90
Build target
Ground-pass error falls fastest between 60 and 90. From 90 each point removes only a few hundredths of a degree.

How it works

Every pass has some error. With a high stat, the pass speed at which the extra error starts moves from 40 to 50 km/h and that extra error shrinks to a fifth. It does not change pass speed.

What a point buys

40 → 59+0.5 accuracy score
60 → 89+2.7
90 → 120+1.1

Booster points: Boosters still help on hard passes.

The maths

DetailEven a soft pass improves: on a 30 km/h pass the average miss is 1.07° at 40 and 0.49° at 99.
StepOutside-of-the-boot pass motions are switched off when both the card value and the match value are below 70.
DetailUsed for short passes, ground through balls and short set-piece passes.
DetailWeak foot: the stat counts 3–25 points lower (see Weak Foot Accuracy). Some skills add 5–7 points for their kind of kick.
