Press Back
UnreleasedStill being reviewed
In one sentence
Not released yet. A forward who can be given the same two running-back defending jobs as All-action Defender, but only while he is in the opponents' half.
Who does this affect?
Only while the computer controls him. Found on: Compatible positions in the code: CF, SS, LWF, RWF. Not released yet (the game's style data marks it unreleased); no card has it.
How it works
The code is already in the game. Two of the computer's defending job checks pass only for All-action Defender or Press Back; a Press Back forward passes them only while he stands in the opponents' half (for the second job also only after further distance checks). His place in the forward line can also shift by up to 4 m when the ball is behind it; which way could not be settled from the code and was not measured. Details may change before release.
When it applies
- Only at CF, SS, LWF or RWF.
- When his team is defending and he is in the opponents' half.
Without it
A forward without the style fails both job checks.
